With over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, I work closely with each individual to offer compassionate, personalized support. I believe the mind and body are deeply connected, and that real healing happens when we care for the whole person, not just what's happening emotionally or physically on the surface. What is Biofeedback?
Sometimes traditional talk therapy isn’t enough on its own, especially when stress and trauma are stored in the body.
Biofeedback is a gentle, non-invasive way to see how your body responds to stress in real time, using simple sensors to track things like breathing, heart rate, and muscle tension.
With guidance, you’ll learn practical tools to calm your nervous system and create new patterns of balance and resilience.
My integrative approach blends biofeedback with counseling and holistic mind-body practices, offering a deeper path to healing that supports both emotional and physical well-being.
What it looks like to work together:

Nervous System Evaluation & Wellness Consultation
Your first session and starting point. We assess your nervous system's current baseline using biofeedback technology, review your stress patterns and health history, and build a personalized holistic wellness plan. You'll leave with a written report outlining your physiological stress profile and a clear roadmap for your treatment.
