Yoga and Wellness Services

There is a growing body of research to back up yoga’s mental health benefits. Yoga increases body awareness, relieves stress, reduces muscle tension, strain, and inflammation, sharpens attention and concentration, and calms and centers the nervous system.  The positive benefits of yoga on mental health have made it an important practice tool of psychotherapy, according to the American Psychological Association.  At Mind + Body Therapy and Wellness, we offer several integrative packages to help you create a personal yoga practice centered around your specific goals and mental health needs.

 

Private yoga sessions are personalized to meet your individual needs and can be tailored to:

  • Provide techniques to cope with anger, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and addiction

  • Develop your own personal practice

  • Deepen your knowledge and practice of asanas and other fundamentals of yoga

  • Improve balance and stability

  • Increase confidence and strength

  • Release physical and mental tension

  • Learn breathing techniques to reduce stress and anxiety

  • Whether you are a beginner or advanced, yoga is for everyone!

INTEGRATIVE YOGA AND HOLISTIC WELLNESS CONSULTING

  • Initial Intake (90 minutes): $120

  • Subsequent Sessions (75 minutes): $80

  • 10 Session Pass (Includes intake session): $500 (up front commitment, expires after 12 months)

PRIVATE YOGA 

  • 75 minutes: $60

  • 90 minutes: $80

 

SEMI PRIVATE YOGA (no more than 3 participants)

  • 75 minutes: $90

  • 90 minutes: $120

COMMUNITY GROUPS

  • I am available to provide group yoga and/or mindfulness and meditation trainings for corporate events, business functions, and seminars.  Please contact me directly for more information regarding fees and scheduling.
