Yoga and Holistic Wellness Services

There is a growing body of research to back up yoga’s mental health benefits. Yoga increases body awareness, relieves stress, reduces muscle tension, strain, and inflammation, sharpens attention and concentration, and calms and centers the nervous system.  The positive benefits of yoga on mental health have made it an important practice tool of psychotherapy, according to the American Psychological Association.  At Mind + Body Therapy and Wellness, we offer several integrative packages to help you create a personal practice centered around your specific goals and mental health needs.


Private integrative sessions are personalized to meet your individual needs and can be tailored to:

  • Provide techniques to cope with anger, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and addiction

  • Develop your own personal practice

  • Deepen your knowledge and practice of asanas and other fundamentals of yoga

  • Improve balance and stability

  • Increase confidence and strength

  • Release physical and mental tension

  • Learn breathing techniques to reduce stress and anxiety

  • Whether you are a beginner or advanced, yoga is for everyone!


  • Holistic Wellness Consult (includes 60 minute consultation and comprehensive holistic wellness plan): $150

  • Holistic Wellness Follow-Up: $100


  •  Holistic Wellness Plan and 8 Private Yoga Sessions: $550

  • Holistic Wellness Plan and 5 Private Yoga Sessions: $400

  • Holistic Wellness Plan and 3 Private Yoga  Sessions: $350

  • Additional Yoga Sessions: $75

Up front commitment.  Packages expire after 12 months.
