INSURANCE AND FEES

Accepted insurances include: Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Mississippi Medicaid (Magnolia, UHC, and Molina), Cigna, Ambetter, First Choice, Health Advocate EAP, Humana, and Beacon Health.

A discounted rate is available for clients who do not have insurance coverage.  Please contact me directly for more information regarding insurance and fees. 

SCHEDULING

New clients can request an appointment via my client portal link on the homepage.  However, this option will be disabled when I am not accepting new clients.  If you would like to speak with me directly regarding scheduling, appointments, or referrals, please email me directly at katie@katiermasonlpc.com. 

PRACTICE POLICIES

  • Counseling services are available for individuals 12 and up.  For referrals for children under 12, please email me directly.

  • Telemental health services are available to residents of Mississippi by request.  However, clients must verify coverage for these services with their insurance company prior to scheduling.

  • Clients are responsible for verifying insurance coverage and copayment/deductible fees prior to scheduling.  For information regarding fees, please email me directly.

  • A credit card is required to schedule online through the client portal, and all clients are required to keep a card on file for the collection of copayments/deductibles and any cancelation fees. Your card will not be charged when requesting an appointment.

  • Due to my schedule, I am not always immediately available to answer and return calls.  If you have a specific question about services, appointments, or availability, please email me directly.  I do my best to return calls at the close of business, Monday through Thursday.  Please allow 24-48 hours for me to return your call if you need to speak with me via phone.
